About Me
I’m a software developer and AI engineer with deep expertise in building production AI systems. Over the past years, I’ve architected and implemented everything from NLP pipelines for legal compliance to AI workflows for image generation. I’ve trained models, deployed them on all major cloud service providers, built RAG systems with LLMs, and raised over €1.5 million in R&D funding for AI projects.
Beyond building AI systems, I’ve always been passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge. I wrote a book on PyQt and PySide, organized international programming workshops about multilingual language technologies, and led distributed teams through complex technical projects. I believe the best way to understand AI is to build it from scratch, which is why my workshops focus on hands-on implementation rather than just using high-level libraries. I work since more than 20 years as a developer, product manager and AI lead with language technologies. Starting with speech recognition and machine translation I now focus on education in AI, LLMs and semantic technologies.
